- BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY
Bidders have the responsibility to read and understand both item
description and "Terms and Conditions of Sale" of ours before
his or her bidding. Do NOT bid until you have 100% agreed with
our "Terms and Conditions of Sale". Any negligence in doing this
will not be an legal excuse for dispute against us. Once you
have bid on our merchandise, our "Terms and Conditions of Sale"
takes legal effect.
- ITEM
You are bidding on only what is in the description and what is
pictured in the photos, unless stated otherwise. If it is not
listed in the description or package item list and you do not
see it in the photos provided then it is not included. Some
pictures were taken from the earlier version of the product and
do not correspond to the latest version of the product. Please
do not assume anything about a listing. Some pictures may show
the generic image for the category and represent product group
the item belongs to. The colour of the product subjects to the
item description rather than the generic photo. If you are
unsure about something, e-mail us before you bid. Compatibility
of any product is the purchasers' responsibility. Please read
our product description carefully. All the information we have
about this item is listed in the product description. We will
warrant the item only in the condition coinciding with our
product description. If you acquire any information about this
product from somewhere else rather than ours, we do NOT warrant
the product you bought from us is in that kind of condition.
- ITEM CONDITION
- New: Perfect working condition, never used. Item will be
delivered in the original package which may be opened for test
purpose.
- OEM: Perfect working condition, packaged in a non-retail box,
may have very minor mark caused by transport.
- Demo: Ex-Demo item. Perfect working condition, may have some
marks on the item.
- Return/Refurbished: Refurbished typically means that the
customer returned the item for a variety of reasons (e.g. a
customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the
product, had difficulty operating it, or a little function of
the product can not reach the level as it advertised). Whether
it is returned a month later or the very next day, such an item
must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold.
Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough
examination. After undergoing repairs and/or sanitation when
necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original
manufacturer or technicians from the factory. As for packaging,
refurbished products are usually packaged and shipped in
non-retail boxes. Some non-basic components (e.g cables,
manuals, accessories) may be missing. Please see item
description for package contents. Some products may have marks
of previous operation or recondition (e.g. Scratches on surface
and marks of previous installation). We warrant that these marks
does NOT have effect on the normal operation. We make specific
description for each item we sell as Return/Refurbished and
warrant the product meeting the condition we described.
- Used: The most important functions of the item work well.
Functions that do not work should be described in detail in the
description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may
be missing. We make specific description for each item we sell
as Used and warrant the product meeting the condition we
described.
- PAYMENT
- Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction.
Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If after 7
days we have not received payment without notification, we will
file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the
item. We reserve the right to void the auction in the case of
late bid withdrawals.
- At current stage, we only accepts payment via Direct Deposit /
Bank Transfer via Internet banking, Money order and Paypal. If
you are going to pay by credit card, please pay by Paypal. We do
NOT accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Cheques or
Cash).
- After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now
purchase, please click the Pay Now button on the top of the ad
to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.
- Please use the following banking details to finish the
transaction:
- FINAL PRICE
- The FINAL PRICE of an item = SALE PRICE + SHIPPING & HANDLING
FEE + INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)
- Shipping & handling fee will be paid by the buyer and will be
added to the invoice during checkout.
- Shipping & handling fee is not only the cost shown on the
stamps or postage receipt. It may include the cost of packaging
material, packaging labour, marketing, inventory and
administration.
- Under NO circumstances will any shipping & handling
(administration) fees be refunded.
- SHIPPING TERMS
- We will not answer any of the following questions: bargain on
shipping & handling fee and insurance; changing the shipment
method; availability of pickups.
- You payment will usually take 1 - 3 business days from you
made the payment to appear on our account, depending on the
different financial institution you chose.
- We will ship the item with in 1 business day once the payment
appears on our account. If your payment appears on our account
from Monday to Thursday, we will ship your item the next
business day, Tuesday to Friday respectively. If your payment
appears on our account from Friday to Sunday, we will ship your
item on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not
processed for shipment on weekend and holidays. Please allow up
to 7 business days for Express Post delivery and 14 days for
regular/registered delivery.
- COMBINED SHIPMENT
- We will ONLY combine the shipment for items purchased within 3
days.
- Each additional item will get $5.00 discount based on its
original shipping price.
- Maximum Express combined shipment weight can not over 3KG for
each shipping package.
- Maximum Registered combined shipment weight can not over 10KG
for each shipping package.
- If you combined an item in Registered shipping with another
item in Express shipping, the combined package will ship in
Registered.
- Please check item's weight in its general information or
specifications section.
- BUYER FEEDBACK
We will submit feedback on buyers upon successful transaction.
In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item, we will
initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
- RETURN TERMS
All sales come with our 30-day warranty unless advertised
differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact
us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective
item for you with an item of equal functionality. Specific terms
are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days
of receipt and in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional
damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing
refunds, credits, or replacement.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the
full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be
accepted.
- Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products
must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Under NO circumstances will any shipping & handling
(administration) fees be refunded.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate
warranty period.

- DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not
receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following
terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while
returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the
carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will
be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
